Larry is currently supporting federal, commercial, and non-profit clients in leadership and team development. He was an executive with Accenture Federal Services for 8 years. His experience includes Operations Manager and senior bid manager for Washington 2024's bid for the summer Olympics. Other experience includes supporting the Cybersecurity Task Force in examining economic development drivers for the Greater Washington region; strategic advisor for the senior leadership team of a Pentagon IT provider; evaluating customer insights for a $1.4B software engineering organization; leading change management and communications activities for a corporate restructuring of a $1B business, and developing a change and communications strategy for a statewide procurement transformation.
